New York Shipping Restrictions as of 1/21/13

As you are probably aware New York state has enacted new legislation that effects our industry. Effective immediately, we will be unable to drop ship any ammo to NY consumers.  Also, we will not be able to ship any magazine over 7 rounds to NY.

We honor a 30 day return on selected non used & non opened items and/or based on manufactures return policies.

TheOutdoorPro does not accept returns or exchanges on loaded ammunition.

To ensure a proper return please follow the following instructions:

Please be sure to include in your email:
 Name
  Purchase Date
  Invoice Number
  Item
  Reason for return


RGA numbers must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package.  Return shipping is the sole responibility of the purchaser.  We are not able to process a return without an RGA number.
In the rare event you have recieved a defective product please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it for an RGA and return shipping label.

Customers are responsible for the frieght portion of all orders, regardless of returns or defective products.

Returns will only be issued if 100% complete, including original boxes and packaging, manuals, paperwork, warranty, and accessories that were a part of the original shipment.

We are not responsible for shipping damages that maybe incurred returning product.  Please ship accordingly.  UPS and the USPS do provide shipping insurance and are recommended by The OutdoorPro.com

If a product is delivered and appears damaged, refuse the shipment and contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  If you are unable to refuse shipment and have accepted the package please have the carrier note the damage on their delivery record and notify us immediately.  If possible please take any digital photos and do not open the package.  We will arrange for pick up of the damaged products.  If TheOutdoorPro is notified within 5 days of its arrival the 30 day return policy will become effective.
